Defying the downturn:
ISE 2009 smashes all records
Integrated Systems Europe 2009 drew 24,192 attendees to Amsterdam – up from 22,199 the previous year. Some 563 exhibitors filled the RAI, compared with 484 in 2008 – another record for the show. But there was more to ISE than simple facts and figures. The overwhelmingly optimistic mood of the event contrasted starkly with the macro-economic headlines and underlined the robust, resilient nature of the professional AV and electronic systems industry.
